86219 'Phoenix' looks a sorry sight as it stands, deviod of both bogies, on blocks inside the main workshop at Railcare's Springburn Works, Glasgow on Sat 15th May 1999. This may be one Phoenix that may not rise again from the ashes as it is unknown whether this loco will retun to traffic or yield valuable spares to keep others in traffic.
