89001 is an unique loco that has only had a short mainline career. Built in 1987 it was acquired by GNER but following a series of maintenance problems 
that became increasingly difficult to cure being a one-off, it was eventually retired a year or so ago. It is unlikely 
to see any further service, but may possibly go for preservation.
