90129 'Frachtverbindungen' in DB railways red,is seen while
being used in a loco pull contest at the Crewe 
International depot open day on 3-MAY-97.
This was probably just a cover for the Train Operating Companies
(TOC's) looking at cheaper methods of getting failed
loco's back to a depot without having to pay Railtrack
high access charges for a loco being sent out to pull the
failed one back
