Eurostar (UK) 3013 constructors plate
Here you can see which constructors built the Eurostar trainsets.
There are 4 : Bombardier BN (La Brugoise et Nivelles) of Canada/Belgium ,
GEC-Alsthom (now Alstom) and De Dietrich (now also Alstom DDF) of France ,
and Brush Traction of Great Britain.Not mentioned on the plate is Metro-Cammell of Great Britain ,
which also participated in the construction of the Eurostar.
GEC-Alsthom of France (now Alstom) was the leading constructor of the TMST consortium ,
built the carriages (bogies and shell) , and assembled all parts from other manufactors
in their Washwood Heath plant in Birmingham (UK).
Bombardier BN of Canada/Belgium fitted the interiors.
De Dietrich (now Alstom DDF) of France builded the bodyshells of the motorcars.
Brush Traction of Great Britain built the 3-phase AC traction equipment.
The building year of this set (3013) is 1994.
