Tower Bridge has now come down and the flow of traffic on this important north south road link
will shortly resume. The Eurostar has not however quite disappeared and can just be seen heading
in the direction of Canary Wharf, which is visible in the distance, along with the clouds bringing more
gloomy weather...well at least the sun came out for its departure! The date is 16th November 2004 and 
follows its display on the Thames to publicise 10 years of Eurostar operation. It is difficult to 
imagine a better setting for such an event.
