Single-class layout, 3+2 seating, doubtless more spartan than Class 332s of Heathrow Express. This is primarily because Heathrow Connect is not meant for Central London<->Heathrow journeys, and instead, for commuter cabotage on the GWML (Paddington <--> Hayes & Harlingdon) and on West London <--> Heathrow.

Accommodation is very similar to standard-class of other "Desiro" outer-urban EMUs (360s of One-Anglia and 450s of SWT).
