3 Cig 1497 prepares to depart from Brokenhurst for is short run to Lymington on the 27th July 2006. This South West Trains
operated service enables enthusiasts and passengers to continue to  experience this classic London commuter train.
Up grading the branch to take the new 450s would both cost money and take sets off busier routes so it 
makes good sence to use these old EMUs...a second Green 3Cig is also available... on this  'Heritage' service that 
hopefully will run for some time to come.
