Now if you want a 'Fiesta Mexican Buffet' at a reasonable price...according to the poster...you should hurry along to West Hampstead where this picture of a 1962 stock, Uxbridge bound Metropolitan Line train was taken on the 10th November 2004. These trains that do not look their age, have been re-furbished inside and still present the passengers with a pleasant travelling environment, but their running gear is not surprisngly wearing out and they are due for replacement in a year or so. They are also noticeably larger than regular tube trains with most of their lines above ground or in the 'cut and cover' areas of central districts where the first London underground lines were constructed not that far below street level.
