The Waterloo and City Line...also known as the 'Drain'...has recently been out of use whilst the stock is re-furbished
and line linking Waterloo station with Bank is up-graded. This picture taken at Waterloo on the 19th August 2006
shows a number of  coaches waiting to be returned through a large purpose built hole in the ground to their underground depot.
