The Waterloo and City line...also known as the 'Drain'...has recently been out of use whilst the stock is re-furbished
and line linking Waterloo station with Bank is up-graded. This is the scene on August 19th 2006 from a nearby park 
shortly before the coach is about to be lifted. The London Eye can just be seen in the background.
