SATURDAY 11th MARCH 2006 1645. This is the scene looking down at Chigwell Station on London 
Underground's Central Line  as the work of track re-laying is taking place. A ballast train top-n-tailed by
battery locos sits in the westbound platform whilst the eastbound track has  been removed.
