In adition to Metropolitan Line trains to Amersham and Baker Street, the station is served by mainline TOC Chiltern Railways' services between London Marylebone and Aylesbury.

Looking west from the eastern end of platform 2 at Chalfont and Latimer station in Buckinghamshire. This platform is for southbound Metropolitan Line trains to Baker Street and Aldgate, and Chiltern Railways trains to London Marylebone. Platform 1 on the left is for northbound services to Amersham where London Underground trains terminate, Chiltern trains run onwards to Aylesbury. Platform 3 for the Metropolitan Line shuttle to Chesham is a bay platform at the far end of the station beyond the buildings on the right.
