At Edgware Road sub-surface line tube station there is obviously a CCTV camera pointed at the next train information display boards to allow monitors like this to effectively act as repeaters. I can only presume that this is cheaper than installing another set of display boards or setting up a conventional information monitor. Photo by Chris McKenna 31/05/2006.
