A merged view looking east from the eastern end of Royal Oak tube station towards London Paddington, the next station east. The lines either side of the platform which I was standing on are the London Underground Hammersmith & City Line, electrified using the 630v fourth rail system; the other lines to the right are the Great Western Main Line, electrified between Paddington and Heathrow Airport Junction using 25kv overhead lines.
