The western end of the westbound London Underground Central Line platform at Stratford high level station. Immediately after calling at the station, trains descend rapidly into a tunnel under the surface railway lines. The level track in the middle distance behind the red and white checked "limited clearance" board is the northern-most part of the Docklands Light Railway.

The buffer stops at the Jubille Line platforms 14 and 15 at Stratford low level station, photographed on 24 October 2005. The trains actually stop about the same distance infront of the buffers as this photograph is behind them, making it probably the longest overrun distance on the London Underground.

A London Underground 1996 stock Jubilee Line train at Stratford low-level station, the line's eastern terminus. The normal stopping mark at Stratford is positioned such that the overrun distance to the platform headwall is probably the longest on the entire network.
