Red ‘Res’ 47 756 departing from the Scottish Capital under clear signals, full of enthusiasm with the Sleeper for London Euston in tow.

Composite image: two frames, 10 seconds @ f16 (ISO 400), combined with mask for frame one [l = 0 for x < 300, linear graduation between (300, y) to (850, y), l = 255 for x > 850], and the inverse for frame two. The raw 6”x4” images were scanned at 200dpi, then resampled at x (resolution) = 800 after masking.
