Bluebell Railway. Southern Railway light pacific West Country Class 21C123 "Blackmore Vale" just north of Holywell  on September 23<SUP>rd</SUP>, 2000. A 3 cylinder pacific with chain driven valve gear. The basis of the numbering system was 2 leading axles, 1 trailing, C or 3 coupled, the 23rd locomotive in the 100 ( light) series. This engine became 34023 in the British Railway 1948 nationalised renumbering scheme, power classification 7P5FA and remained in service until 1967.
