GNR 69523 0-6-2T built by the North British Locomotive Co ltd. of the Great Central Railway shunting at Leicester North on a Friends of Thomas the Tankengine weekend , hence the face on the engine. I believe this engine was used on the London Underground proven by the condenser pipes on the engine. 30 july 1997
