Talyllyn Railway. #4 "Edward Thomas" a Kerr Stuart 0-4-2ST built in 1921, for the Corris Railway, drifts downhill into Dolgoch Falls Station in June 1971. The Talyllyn preservation scheme in 1951 was the first in the UK and proved that enthusiasts could maintain and operate a steam railway.
