Summary Depature boards at Cardiff Central, UK
<br>As with many other large interchange stations in the UK, summary departure boards are almost always found near the stairs to other platforms, next to the paper timetables. Cardiff Central is no exception, with four summary screens located next to the stairwells on every platform.
<br>These boards are fairly crisp and clear to read, however they have a very disconcerting habit of switching between english and welsh every ten seconds. Perhaps separate sets of screens for english and welsh speakers would be better. Additionally, the announcements are always made in both welsh and english, which does tend to make the announcements rather long and laborious.
