Looking east at the western end of Cardiff Central railway station. First Great Western HST 43035 and a Central Trains Class 170 DMU 170634 is visible on the left of shot, ont the right is another FGW HST.<br>The wide span of the platform and canopy on the right (platforms 3/4) compared to the left (platforms 1/2) belies the former location of the now-missing platform 5 - a westfacing bay platform.
