The entrance to Highbridge & Burnham railway station from the main road. Although the full name of the station is Highbridge and Burnham, it is located in Highbridge and this shorter name is frequently used.<br>
The Original name for the station was also just Highbridge, when it was a junction station between the Great Western and Somerset & Dorset Joint railways the latter company had a station on Burnham sea front.
