Looking east towards Portsmouth and Southsea station from the eastern end of platform 3 at Portsmouth Harbour railway station, the terminus of the Portsmouth Direct Line from London Waterloo.<br>
I beleive people on the track were assesing the damage done to a bridge/lineside structure caused by a vandal.
