The part of the main trainshed at York station over the current platform 1 and bicycle parking area. It is clear that there used to be a second platform adjacent to the current platform 1 and then another on the far side of the bike park. This photograph was taken from platform 1 where the two Network Rail Class 86/9 OHLE testing locomotives are stabled.
