The York Zero Point - the centre of York station, from where the measurments for 10 of the North Eastern Railway's lines was taken - York & Newcastle, York & North Midland, York & Scarborough, Longlands Loop (Northallerton), Market Weighton & Beverly, Micklefield Branch, Raskelf Curve, Sherburn Branch, York and Harrogate, York and Market Weighton.
