British Rail - UK
Didcot Railway Centre is the living museum of the Great
Western Railway.
The "Flying Scotsman" is officially steam locomotive
number 60103 built for LNER in 1923 as class A3. The owner is
the National Railway Museum but the operational locomotive can
make appearances all over the UK. Between mainline duties it takes
a rest in Didcot.
