60009 has now left the East Coast Main Line and is heading up the Hertford loop to the first
water stop at Hertford North. It is seen between Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill where progress is slow due to a 
30 MPH speed restriction for steam trains on a gloriously sunny Saturday 11th October 2003.
