Bluebell Railway. Southern Railway Austerity Class Q1 0-6-0 33001 at Horsted Keynes Station on the Bluebell Railway on June 6<sup>th</sup>, 1999. The locomotive is owned by the National Railway Museum and is on loan to the Bulleid Society.<P> This locomotive usually runs as Southern C1. The numbering scheme was developed by OVS Bulleid, CME of the Southern, and is based on the continental method of C= 3 axles, no leading or traing wheels and the 1<sup>st</sup> member of the class.<P>
