BR Standard Class 4 2-6-0 No. 76009 (really 76079) and SR Bulleid ‘Battle of Britain’ 4-6-2 No 34067 <i>Tangmere</i> (76009 is obscured by the smoke from 34067 in this photo) have just passed under the bridge at the north end of Bishops Lydeard station on the West Somerset Railway during the Spring Steam Gala. The locos are double-heading the last leg of the charter service from London Paddington to Minehead that was conveyed by 34067 alone as far as the WSR.
