SR Bulleid ‘Battle of Britain’ 4-6-2 No 34067 <i>Tangmere</i> at Bishops Lydeard on the West Somerset Railway for the Spring Steam Gala, having hauled a special charter from London Paddington this far, it paused for an hour to take on water and to wait for its turn on the single line stretch to Crowcombe Heathfield. BR Standard Class 4 2-6-0 No. 76009 was attached to the front, and the two locos then double-headed the train to Minehead.
