'Blackpool' Brush Railcoach

Although nearly 50 years separate these two Blackpool trams passing each other in this 'old & new' study taken at North Pier on Mon 7th May 2007 at 10:46, it is the older 'Brush' Railcoach on the right, no: 623, which was built at Brush of Loughborough in 1937, that looks more pleasing to the eye with it's stylish lines and livery when compared to the 'box-like' design of the East Lancs bodied Centenary Class Car, no: 647, which was built in the mid 1980's and carries an overall advert for Tiffany's Hotel.
