'Blackpool' Brush Railcoach

Although nearly 50 years separate these two Blackpool trams passing each other in this 'old & new' study taken at Gynn Square on Mon 7th May 2007 at 09:23, it is the older 'Brush' Railcoach on the right, no: 631, which was built at Brush of Loughborough in 1937 and carries an overall advert for the 'Laughing Donkey Bar' on South Pier, that looks more pleasing to the eye with it's stylish lines when compared to the 'box-like' design of the East Lancs bodied Centenary Class Car, no: 643, which was built in the mid 1980's and carries an overall advert for Grosvenor Casinos.
