One of 'newer' units heading towards StarGate.  One of the interesting points about the Blackpool system is that it is operated on a shoestring, and this has led to many 'make and mend' solutions.  In this respect this is what gives the system its charm amongst both users and photographers.

It is proposed that if current redevelopment plans take place than the line will be upgraded to operate Eurotram type of operation.  Also of note only single deck units were working as the track to the north of Blackpool had deterioted.
