MPV (Multiple Purpose Vehicle) DR98910 with powered unit DR98910 behind. 
These vehicles were built in Rheine, Germany based on the Cargo sprinter. 
Note they have doors on the rear of the cab rather than the sides.<P>

This one is set up for weed spraying, others are used for de-icing and sandite laying. 
There are other variants used for electrification work with two powered units that can be formed with intermediate wagons and also there are some double cab single units.<P>
