The second coach in this unit clearly states what the purpose of it is...
'Hitachi Traction System Varification Train'. Class 310s and 312s never ran
in this area as they are AC pantograph powered as opposed to DC third rail,
so it makes a very odd sighting at Faversham Kent. The date is the 22nd July 2004.
