Carillion-operated Plasser & Theurer USP 5000RT Ballast Regulator 77902 is passed by Arriva Trains Wales Class 47 deisel locomotive 47839 as it brings up the rear of a shuttle service deparing Newport station in South Wales en route to Cardiff Central.
