HZ passenger cars type Bt 20-17. These cars were built in 1951 to 1954 for the SBB CFF FFS and the Swiss military department as ambulance cars, using bogies and other parts of older wooden cars. Their seats can be removed and they have extra large doors in the sidewalls (which are usually closed when used as a passenger car). In 1958/1959 they received new SIG torsion bar bogies with O-PR brake; until 1985 they were also numbered as RIC cars for international use. In 1990 most of these cars were retired; thirty came to the JZ and later to the HZ. Their power supply was changed and they received a new white/blue livery. Zagreb, 2002-12-30.
