The picture was taken on 1999/09/30 at 12:00. It can be observed that no Co'Co' engines (nos. 2.06x.xxx) operate on Zagreb - Varazdin line (because of the axle-pressure), but only from Varazdin on, to Cakovec and Kotoriba.
