The ČKD Tatra T5C5 series (bidirectional, but only with one cab
and usually coupled back to back in pairs) was built 1978 to 1984 in
322 units, modernized 2002 to 2004 with chopper control (then called
T5C5K). Further improvements were made from 2010, especially regarding
the door control. So the type is now called T5C5K2.
