"T4 Comfort" car, seen on EN Artesia 226 "Palatino" (Roma Termini-->Paris Gare de Lyon, via Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Domodossola and Vallorbe). This car is part of a fleet which is jointly managed by SNCF-VFE and TI-Passeggeri. It is actually a former UIC-X Bc (Couchettes) car, extensively rebuilt in 2000/2001 to offer enhanced Couchettes accommodation (4 per compartment). Dijon-Ville. 6th April 2005. FS Bc couchette in "Treno Notte Comfort" livery in EN 223 "Rialto" (Paris - Venice) at Paris Bercy. October 24, 2003. An interesting note is that the Fs cars assigned to the four Paris - Italy (ARTESIA) night trains are assigned to Villeneuve-Prairie (located right south of Paris).
