FS D443 1008 waits for departure time with a section of overnight 790 "Freccia del Sud" to Milano Centrale at Agrigento Centrale on April 1st, 1991. At Catania Centrale it would pick up the local section and merge with the section from Siracusa; at Villa San Giovanni the train would also merge with the section from Reggio Calabria Centrale to form the 15-cars composition that would reach Milano after a 23 hours journey.
