The station of ALASSIO on the line Genova Piazza Principe - Ventimiglia
on the Riviera Ligure/Riviera di Ponente (Ligurian Riviera/West Coast),
also well known as Riviera dei Fiori (Flower Riviera). On the platforms
grow palm-trees. This station will be closed in the next years
because the line will be transfered into a long tunnel; soon you will
not be able to enjoy the seaside view any more travelling by train on the
Riviera Ligure!

The station of ALASSIO on the line: Genova Piazza Principe - Ventimiglia.
The perrons are under palm-trees. This beautiful station will be closed
in the next years because the line will be transferred into a tunnel in order
to construct a double track and increase the speed.
