2009-07-22. The DF11 was built since 1992 by Qishuyan, top speed 170
km/h, power 3040 kW. The DF4D of the 3000-series can reach a speed of
170 km/h with a power of 2980 kW, locomotives of this type have been
built in Dalian since 1999.
