Indian Railways electric locomotive WAG1 20710 "BIDHAN". This is the first WAG1 built in India (first run 1963 Nov. 16). The class WAG1, part of the first generation of AC 50 Hz locomotives in India, was developed by Groupement 50 Hz for freight trains on the newly AC-electrified lines and has some characteristics of French locomotives such as monomoteur bogies with Jacquemin drives. 2185 kW, 80 km/h.
