Mysore Maharaja's Saloon. Built by the Bangalore shops of the Mysore State Railway in 1899, this metre gauge saloon was part of a special three coach train used by Maharaja Krishan-Rao Wodeyar (or Krishna Raja Wadiyar IV) of Mysore. This coach could run on both broad as well as metre gauges by changing bogies during the journey without disturbing its occupants. National Railway Museum New Delhi 2012-12-07.
