Generator car (Nr. 56), built by Orenstein & Koppel in West-Germany in 1955, under the German Holocaust Reparations Agreement.

Actually one of the very first batch of cars ever purchased by Israel Railways.

Originally built as a 96-seat car, then rebuilt into a mixed Generator/Passenger car (1989) and finally into a full Generator car (1995).
