In 1955, Israel received a shipment of diesel switchers and trainsets from West Germany. Thirty-three years later in Tel Aviv, this is all that is left of those German sets. Even the station itself no longer exists, having been replaced by a new one in the early 1990s. Such a complete set would have made a perfect example of early ISR stock, and could have been used as a special museum train. Unfortunately, this wasn’t to be due to lack of budget.
