New 3200 hp diesel electric Co'Co' locomotive for Syrian Railways (CFS)
by Alstom. It has IGBT invertors asynchronous traction motors, and 
computer controls. The diesel engine is manufactured by Ruston. 
Similar locomotives were also ordered by Iranian Railways (IRR).
