IVB unit 1 built 1909 by Grazer Waggonfabrik and AEG for the newly electrified line Innsbruck - Hall in Tirol, in 1941 rebuilt with more powerful motors. In the 1950s the original wood carbody was replaced by metal. In 1974 it was taken out of service and preserved at Tramway Museum Graz. In 2000 it was returned to Innsbruck and restored in the operational state of 1974.

IVB 60 built 1942 by Breda for Beograd but delivered to Innsbruck instead. A series of similar units ordered afterwards was lost in the war. Used on line 1 until 1977, then preserved by Kärntner Museumsbahnen. In 1990 returned to Innsbruck and restored until 2008.

IVB 61 built 1960 by Lohner/Elin/Kiepe after plans of Duewag. It was used until the end of the 1980s and preserved operational afterwards. Here used on a special line connecting the central station and inner city to the tram museum.
