With the new timetable in December 2017, the last diesel trainsets operated by NS will be withdrawn. On 14 Oktober NVBS organised a farewell tour from Zwolle to Musselkanaal (on the line of the STAR museum railway) with trainsets DM'90 3427 and 3446, with numerous photo stops on the STAR line.
